Frequently Asked Questions…

How Long Is The Turnaround Time For A Project?

Our typical turn around is 7-10 business days. Projects may be done sooner or take longer depending on how many projects each department is working on. If a project is ever estimated to take longer than 10 business days we will let you know immediately when you request your quote or have it listed on our website as a notice.

How Do I Avoid The 3% Credit Card Fee?

We add a 3% Credit Card Fee with you pay with credit or debit card online or in our shop. However, if you pay with a check or cash we will remove this fee for you.

How Much Is The Deposit?

We require a 30% deposit on all jobs in order to start processing your order. The remaining amount can be paid online before pickup, or when you arrive at our shop.

How Do I Get A Quote & Mock Up?

In order to start a project with us we ask that you email us and tell us about your order details here. The more details the better! We will then create a quote for you that will include pricing, order details, and a mock up of the final product created by our graphic artist (if vector art is provided initially). If vector art is not provided then a mock up will be created after the deposit is paid. However, both the art and quote will all be approved by the customer before printing begins.

Can You Make Custom Art, Or Edit The Art I Already Have?

Yes! Our graphic artist is able to create custom artwork and logos for our clients. Existing artwork can also be edited and redesigned as well. We ask that our customers provide us with their vector art (or Illustrator files) in order to do so. If these files are not available we are able to vector your art for a small one time service fee in addition to the art time cost.

You can call our shop or email for more specific inquiries on pricing for custom art. We generally charge an hourly fee for this service, but can also work with budgets when needed.

Can I Provide My Own Clothing?

Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own garments/merchandise. We will price you accordingly.

We are also able to order clothing for you from our catalogs available here on our website. There are thousands of options to explore from various great brands! If you don’t see what you are looking for then please feel free to email us and we can help you find exactly what you need.

What Is A Vector File? Do I Need To Have One?

A vector file is an art file that we can edit here in our graphics department. This file is created in Adobe Illustrator and allows our designer to fully edit your artwork and expand the image without any pixilation or distortion. Most commonly these extensions are .AI, .PDF, or .EPS.

These file types are required for screen printing & cut vinyl projects (this is one type of heat transfer vinyl we carry).

Please note:
*Inserting a jpeg or PNG image into a Illustrator file does not make it a vector. A vector is a series of editable paths and objects. Jpegs & PNGs are not vector. We can print png or jpeg files on our express or sublistop heat transfer vinyls, however these are at risk of printing at low quality or blurry.

We can turn your art into a vector file for a small one time service, please call or email for more details.

What Is A Digitizing Fee?

In order to embroider your logo we need to convert it into a special file that our embroidery machine can read and produce. This is called an .EMB file. To produce this we would charge a small one time service fee.

If you have this file already or are able to create one, you are welcome to send us that file to avoid the fee.

Can You Print A Picture Onto A Shirt?

Yes! We can print pictures and detailed images on our heat transfer vinyl! For those photos and logos will a lot of small details and colors we recommend this process typically. Your picture will print exactly as you send it to us, although some colors may vary due to the difference in materials/inks. The image will print at the quality it is sent to us, so we recommend all photos be sent at 300 dpi minimum.

We now have a NEW method of screen printing available as well that allows us to turn complicated and detailed images into 4-5 color screen prints! The minimum for this type of printing is 50 items, and there is a set up fee for this process.

What Is The Minimum Number Of Garments I Can Print?

For screen printing, the minimum number of garments is 18 items.

With heat transfer vinyl & embroidery, you can print/stitch as little as one item. However it is more costly to do less than more.

Our baseline price sheets are available under each service’s tab in the navigation menu. You can view what quantities you need to meet to get the price breaks. Please be aware that our price sheets are for reference only, please contact us for the final pricing.
