A morning on the shop floor

Twenty-four years, one shop.
Started in 2002 supplying uniforms to Northern California teams. Twenty-four years later, schools, businesses, and brands keep the phone ringing.
Family-owned, family-run.
Same family at the shop in 2002, same family running it today. The person who quotes your job is the same person you'll talk to when you call back.
From idea to finished gear.
Design consult, garment selection, mockups, screen press, and embroidery, all under one roof. One contact start to finish.
No min on embroidery.
Twenty-four pieces gets the screen press running. Embroidery and heat transfer have no minimum. Whatever the order is, we move on it.
Sacramento's deadline shop.
Roseville, Folsom, Auburn, Marin. When the deadline is tight and the order has to land right, this is the shop you want on the press.
All four, done in-house in West Sac.
All four under one roof means one quote, one production schedule, and one phone number to call when something needs to change. No coordinating between vendors when the deadline moves.
The shop opened in 2002 supplying uniforms to teams across Northern California. The decoration arm launched in 2015 so customers could get all of it under the same roof. Same family running it ever since.
Twenty-four piece minimum on screen, no minimum on embroidery or heat transfer. Quote in twenty-four hours, mockup before any screen burns, Pantone matching when your colors have to land exact.

We are really happy with how the embroidered polos and crew T-shirts came out. They were done faster than promised. Communication was solid and the process was super easy. I won't be going to anyone else for my company apparel.
Pat and the Kombat Ink team have been amazing to work with! I placed an order for t-shirts and within 24 hours got a response and a quote in my inbox ready for approval. They have also been very quick with turnaround times. Accommodating with any requests that I have. The quality has been nothing short of incredible.
Recently needed to get some last names screen printed on some football jerseys. The first place I decided to try was Kombat Ink, I requested a quote and on that very day Pat responded back with what they would need to complete the order and how much it would cost.
Pat and his crew have always been super helpful with our volleyball club shirt and jersey orders. If something goes wrong they work hard to fix it. Super experience!
Kombat Ink did an excellent job screen printing shirts for my department. Communication was quick and easy, and my order was ready within days. Quick turnaround, great customer service! Highly recommend.
I highly recommend for ordering graphic design shirts. Their customer service is exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only do they offer unbeatable prices, but they also completed my order within a day! I will never trust anyone else to give me the best quality for the best price.
Working with Pat at Kombat Ink was amazing! He was incredibly responsive and very kind. My client and I were looking for a company that aligned with our values with no judgment and Pat was most accommodating and supportive.
Pat and the team here are incredible. I have worked with a TON of screen printers and they are by far the best in overall experience, service, quality, communication and honesty. I would give 10 stars if possible.
Patrick is a pleasant and professional gentleman who is happy to accommodate your projects. Prices are definitely competitive and the service is pretty fast as well. They stock a good selection of shirt samples here, both to showcase printing jobs as well as the shirts themselves.
Kombat always does quality work and at a very competitive price! Roger, Pat, Maya and Gabby are AWESOME.
Super friendly, and fast service. Quality even better.
Before you ask
Twenty-four years of phone calls, answered.
Twenty-four years of phone calls, condensed.
I've never ordered custom apparel before. Where do I start?
Send what you have. A logo, a sketch on a napkin, a Pinterest screenshot, the rough idea of what you want. We'll come back with a quote, a recommended garment, and a mockup before any screen burns. No artwork? No problem. In-house design help is part of the quote.
How fast can you turn this around?
7 to 10 business days from approval is standard. Need it sooner? Five-day rush is available with a rush fee. Tell us the deadline up front and we'll tell you exactly what we can hit.
What's your minimum?
24 pieces on screen printing. No minimum on embroidery. No minimum on heat transfer. Need 6 hats with a logo? Done. Need 600 jerseys? Even better. Volume is where the per-piece price drops hardest.
Can I see a proof before you press it?
Yes. Every order, every time. You see and approve a digital mockup with garment color, ink color, print placement, and sizing before a single screen gets burned. We don't print until you say go.
What if my brand colors have to match exactly?
Pantone matching is available on screen printing for a small mix fee. Send your PMS codes and we'll match them on press. For embroidery we match thread to your specs from the Madeira and Isacord books.
Will the print crack, peel, or fade after a few washes?
Plastisol screen prints get cured at temperature on every job, which is why ours hold up. Embroidery is what it is: thread, not ink. So it doesn't crack at all. If a print fails on you under normal wear, we reprint it.
Can you handle a 500+ piece order?
Yes, and volume is where the per-piece price drops hardest. Per-piece pricing drops at every volume tier, and the press runs faster than you'd expect. Send the quantity and the timeline; we'll work backward from your in-hand date.
Are there hidden setup fees?
No hidden fees. Setup charges (one per ink color on screen, a one-time $38 digitizing fee per new logo on embroidery) are itemized on the quote you approve. The number you see is the number you pay.
Do you ship, or do I have to pick up?
Pickup, shipping, or delivery for qualifying orders. Pick up your order at 1310 Terminal St., West Sacramento, or have it shipped anywhere in the continental U.S. For larger local orders, delivery within the Sacramento area may be available, just ask!
Let's get it on a shirt
Tell us what you need. We'll come back with pricing and a game plan. Twenty-four piece minimum on screen print, no minimum on embroidery or heat transfer.
