What's the minimum on embroidery?
No minimums, just bigger savings as your order grows. Need just one garment with a logo? No problem. Larger quantities automatically qualify for better pricing, with price breaks at 1-9, 10-24, 25-36, 37-72, 73-144, and 145-300 pieces.
How does digitization work?
We convert your logo or art into a stitch file. New logos carry a one-time $38 digitizing fee, itemized on the quote. Once digitized, the file is yours for any future runs.
Will my brand color match the thread exactly?
We match against the Madeira and Isacord thread books. Send your Pantone codes and we will pull the closest thread match. Most colors land within 1-2 PMS shades of exact.
What garments embroider best?
Hats, polos, jackets, and bags are the easy wins. Tees can be embroidered but a printed image often lands cleaner on a tee. We will tell you which method fits your order on the quote.
Will embroidery crack or fade?
No. Embroidery is thread, not ink. It does not crack, peel, or fade. Most embroidery outlasts the garment underneath it.
Do you do 3D puff embroidery on hats?
Yes. 3D foam embroidery on the front panel of structured caps is one of our most-requested looks. Send the logo with the quote.
How fast can you turn embroidery around?
7 to 10 days standard. Faster turn often possible on hats and polos. Tell us the deadline and we will tell you what we can hit.
