We are about twenty-five minutes west of Rancho Cordova on US-50. Rancho Cordova customers order across the Mather Field corridor, Zinfandel Drive, and the business parks off White Rock Road, and you grab it in West Sacramento, west on US-50, or we run it out to your dock.
Rancho Cordova runs on business parks, defense contractors and logistics yards, so most of what we print for the city is workwear and staff apparel. So custom apparel orders in Rancho Cordova tend to look a particular way, and we price for it.
Four ways we decorate apparel for Rancho Cordova
Custom T-Shirt Printing in Rancho Cordova
Custom t-shirts in Rancho Cordova, screen printed on cotton and soft blends. This is the right call for anything from 24 pieces up, and the bigger the run the better the per-shirt number gets. Art and screens are already in the price.
Rancho Cordova Embroidery Services
Looking for embroidery near Rancho Cordova? We stitch polos, caps, beanies, aprons and jackets, sized S through 4XL. Priced on stitch count rather than colors, and there is no minimum at all.
Stickers & Vinyl Decals in Rancho Cordova
Custom vinyl decals in Rancho Cordova for storefronts, trucks, hard hats and laptops, cut to any shape. Order them alongside a shirt run and they ship together.
Why Rancho Cordova orders come to Terminal Street
Everything runs in our own shop
Screen printing, embroidery and heat transfer all happen at 1310 Terminal Street. Nothing gets brokered out, so nobody can blame a vendor when a date slips.
Your art stays on file
Reorders match the original because we keep the separations and the stitch files. The second run does not come back a different green.
Real reviews, not a rented rating
5.0 stars across 35 Google reviews, from customers who left them on their own. We did not buy any of them.
Prints that survive the wash
Plastisol gets cured, not air dried, so it locks into the fabric instead of sitting on top of it. Shirts we printed years ago are still in rotation.

What makes custom apparel in Rancho Cordova cost more or less?
Four levers move the price on custom apparel in Rancho Cordova, and only four.
Quantity moves it most, and it moves in your favor. Ink colors matter on screen printing because each color is a separate screen. Stitch count matters on embroidery because that is what the machine is actually doing. And the garment itself sets the floor.
What does not move it is a surprise setup fee, because we do not have one. Run your own numbers on the calculator and you will see exactly how each lever behaves.
What Rancho Cordova customers ask us
What is the minimum order for screen printing in Rancho Cordova?
Screen printing starts at 24 pieces per design. That minimum is what makes the per-shirt price work on a bulk run. If your Rancho Cordova order is smaller than 24, embroidery and heat transfer have no minimum at all, and we will point you to whichever one fits.
What is the turnaround on a Rancho Cordova order?
About 7 to 10 business days from mockup approval. Some Rancho Cordova orders land sooner and a complicated one can take longer, but we will give you a real date instead of a hopeful one.
Can I pick up my Rancho Cordova order?
Yes. We are at 1310 Terminal Street, West Sacramento, CA 95691, and you are welcome to come get it. Shipping is available on every Rancho Cordova order too.
Do you do embroidery as well as printing?
Both, in the same building. Embroidery suits polos, hats and jackets and has no minimum. Screen printing wins on volume from 24 pieces up.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes, and it will match. We keep your separations and stitch files on hand, so a reorder comes back the same color and the same placement.
Do I need a vector file?
It helps, but it is not a dealbreaker. Send whatever you have. If the art needs cleaning up to print sharp we will tell you before we quote it.
Can you match my exact brand color?
Yes. Pantone matching is available for a small mix fee. Send your PMS codes with the order and we mix to match on press.
