Woodland is the Yolo County seat, about 61,000 people, and the seed and food-processing companies here order work shirts by the case. That shapes what we print for Woodland and how we quote it.

What Woodland customers get from us
Your art stays on file
Reorders match the original because we keep the separations and the stitch files. The second run does not come back a different green.
About 7 to 10 business days
Typical turnaround is 7 to 10 business days after you approve the mockup. If you are against a hard date, say so up front and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
Prints that survive the wash
Plastisol gets cured, not air dried, so it locks into the fabric instead of sitting on top of it. Shirts we printed years ago are still in rotation.
The quote is the price
No hidden setup fees. Art, screens and setup are in the number we give you, so the invoice matches the quote.
Real presses, real people, Woodland
What determines the price of custom shirts in Woodland?
Three things set the price on custom shirts in Woodland. Garment choice, quantity, and decoration method.
Garment is the floor. A budget cotton tee and a retail-weight blend are different starting points, and we will tell you honestly which one suits the use. Quantity moves the per-piece number the most, and it moves it in your favor. Method matters because screen printing wins on volume from 24 up, while embroidery and heat transfer have no minimum and win on small counts.
No hidden setup fees, and the quote you approve is the invoice you get.

What Woodland customers ask us
How many shirts do I have to order in Woodland?
Twenty-four is the screen printing minimum. Below that we would put your Woodland order on embroidery or heat transfer, neither of which has a minimum, and the price still makes sense.
What is the turnaround on a Woodland order?
About 7 to 10 business days from mockup approval. Some Woodland orders land sooner and a complicated one can take longer, but we will give you a real date instead of a hopeful one.
Do you deliver to Woodland?
We ship Woodland orders, and pickup at 1310 Terminal Street, West Sacramento, CA 95691 is always an option if you would rather come get it.
Can you match my exact brand color?
Yes. Pantone matching is available for a small mix fee. Send your PMS codes with the order and we mix to match on press.
Do you print for schools and nonprofits?
Constantly. Booster clubs, PTAs, churches and youth leagues are a big share of what runs through here every week.
Do you charge setup or screen fees?
No hidden setup fees. Art, color separations and screens are already in the quoted price, so the invoice matches the quote you approved.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. Sizes mix freely within a design, and the count for your minimum is the total across sizes, not per size.
