What we print for Vallejo, Solano County
Looking for Vallejo screen printing or custom embroidery in Vallejo? We run screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer and sticker production in the same building, so one order can use whichever method actually fits it.
We are about an hour southeast of Vallejo on I-80, so Vallejo orders pick up easily or ship out the same way. We work across Mare Island, the Vallejo waterfront, and the Sonoma Blvd corridor.
Vallejo is about 120,000 people with a shipyard history and a theme park, so crew uniforms and event staff shirts are both regular work. It is why Vallejo orders skew the way they do.
How much does screen printing cost in Vallejo?
Screen printing pricing in Vallejo comes down to three things. The garment you pick, how many you order, and how many ink colors are in the design. Nothing else moves the number much.
Quantity is the biggest lever. The per-shirt price falls as the count goes up, which is why the minimum is 24. Ink colors matter because each color is its own screen. A one-color design on 100 shirts is dramatically cheaper per piece than a six-color design on 24.
There are no hidden setup fees. Art, color separations and screens are already in the quoted number. Use the calculator below for a real figure on your own garment and count.

What Vallejo customers get from us
Your art stays on file
Reorders match the original because we keep the separations and the stitch files. The second run does not come back a different green.
Everything runs in our own shop
Screen printing, embroidery and heat transfer all happen at 1310 Terminal Street. Nothing gets brokered out, so nobody can blame a vendor when a date slips.
Up to eight colors, matched to your brand
We print up to eight ink colors on the carousel, and Pantone matching is available for a small mix fee so your brand color is actually your brand color.
A free mockup before anything prints
You see exactly where the art lands and how the colors read before we burn a screen. Change it as many times as you need.

Before you order in Vallejo
How many shirts do I have to order in Vallejo?
Twenty-four is the screen printing minimum. Below that we would put your Vallejo order on embroidery or heat transfer, neither of which has a minimum, and the price still makes sense.
Can you rush an order for Vallejo?
Sometimes. Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days after approval, and rush depends on what is on the press that week. Call (916) 428-4127 with your Vallejo date before you order and we will check.
Can I pick up my Vallejo order?
Yes. We are at 1310 Terminal Street, West Sacramento, CA 95691, and you are welcome to come get it. Shipping is available on every Vallejo order too.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes, and it will match. We keep your separations and stitch files on hand, so a reorder comes back the same color and the same placement.
Do you do embroidery as well as printing?
Both, in the same building. Embroidery suits polos, hats and jackets and has no minimum. Screen printing wins on volume from 24 pieces up.
Can you print on garments I supply?
Usually yes. Talk to us first about the fabric and the count, because some blanks do not take ink or a hoop well and we would rather say so up front.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. Sizes mix freely within a design, and the count for your minimum is the total across sizes, not per size.
How fast can you print shirts for Vallejo?
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days after you approve the mockup, and most Vallejo orders land in that window.
If you are against a hard date, lead with the date. We will tell you honestly whether it works before you spend an afternoon on artwork, rather than discovering it late. Rush depends on what is already on the press that week, so the answer is a real yes or no, not a maybe.
